Ingredients

110 Gr Rice noodles, 20 Ml Sunflower oil, 2 Eggs, 5 Ml White wine vinegar, 12 Ml Fish sauce, 10 Ml Soya sauce, 5 Gr Finely Chopped Garlic, 5 Gr Finely Chopped Red chilli, 4 Gr Finely Chopped Ginger, 45 Soya sprouts, 50 Gr Finely Chopped Green onion, 0,5 Sliced Lime, 12 Gr Crushed Peanuts, 20 Gr Roasted Sesame.

Recipe Preparation

  1. Soak the rice noodles in cold water for 30-50 minutes until they become soft and drain them.
  2. Add sunflower oil into a wok pan and add egg, garlic, ginger, chilli, noodles, sauces, soya sprouts, green onion and peanuts and stir continuously. Squeeze some lime juice and serve with lime slice and roasted sesame seeds.
